Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Havenest, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Terms
- Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated and approved through our returns portal before shipping items back.
Holiday Extension
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have until January 31st to start a return.
Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is processed.
- 1-Day and 2-Day express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier causes a delay.
Non-Havenest Products
We are not responsible for any non-Havenest merchandise returned to our facility.
Important:
- Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval.
- Following the return process correctly ensures safe and trackable returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment once the return is received and approved.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our returns portal at havenest.com/return (your real portal link if available).
- Enter your Havenest order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip).
- Provide the email, phone number, or ZIP code used during checkout.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose between a refund or selecting an item for exchange.
- Select your preferred return shipping method:
- Box and Ship: Print a prepaid return label and drop off at the carrier.
- Drop Off at Happy Returns Bar: Use a QR code to return at a local location (if available).
- Confirm and submit your return request.
- Return the item using the chosen method.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation about your refund or new order.
Apparel Items Return Policy
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Must be in the original condition received.
Purchases Made Through Other Retailers
- Items bought from other stores must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- If not possible, we may evaluate an exchange option for a product of equal value (proof of purchase required).
- We cannot offer refunds for items not purchased directly from Havenest.com.

Products purchased through unofficial resale platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
